Fresh Salsa by Becki Bell The apple cider vinegar is the secret to this recipe's success. Serve with chips or as a topping for any of your favorite Mexican dishes.
Ingredients:
- 3 large tomatoes, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 or 4 green onions, chopped
- 3 or 4 jalapeno peppers (or to taste)
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Remove half the mixture and puree in a blender until smooth, but not liquid. Add the pureed mixture back to the chopped mixture. Serve with chips or as a topping. |
